THE CHALLENGE: With a 120-year history of distributing and marketing some of the world’s best-known brands in China, Jebsen has a lot to live up to in the years to come. Changing environments and expansion meant that they needed to focus on retaining and attracting the right talent to ensure their success in the coming decades. Working with their EVP ‘Success breeds success’ we focused on activation and how we could bring to life their proposition so that it was more than just words on a page.

THE IDEA: The Employee Value Proposition was still very new to Jebsen so we spent time speaking to hundreds of people in the business understanding what it meant to them and what actions and behaviours would really bring it to life. We needed to show employees that there was a clear opportunity for progression and empower them to take career development into their own hands. This also meant educating managers on giving support to their staff, fostering transparency and coaching them on how to have great career conversations.
